Overview
This consultation aims to inform stakeholders and seek their views on the proposed implementation of a centralised model of official control delivery for feed and to consult on the draft Scottish Statutory Instrument (SSI) (The Feed Enforcement (Scotland) Regulations 2018) providing for the transfer of competence for feed law from the Local Authorities to Food Standards Scotland. The proposed Regulations are expected to be in force from early 2018/19.
Why your views matter
This consultation shall provide a range of stakeholders with an opportunity to comment on the draft Scottish Statutory Instrument (The Feed Enforcement (Scotland) Regulations 2018) which will provide for the transfer of competence for feed law from the Local Authorities to Food Standards Scotland.
