Overview
The Guidance on the management of outbreaks of foodborne illness in Scotland was published in February of 2024. As part of our ongoing work with Public Health Scotland (PHS), we are looking to review this document to ensure that this guidance document is effective in aiding you when dealing with foodborne outbreaks.
